A report and dashboard builder, plus collections profiles that carry an AI summary and a risk score, with an admin structure behind them. It was built for finance staff and admins.

I was the lead designer on the project.

Report and dashboard builder

• Users add data sets, then place fields into rows, columns and metrics to build a report.
• Filters, customization and an editor sit beside the canvas, and an empty state tells users what to add first.
• Chart templates and visuals are available, and each report, data set and measure has its own menu for renaming, duplicating, showing data and creating measures.

Collections profiles

• A profile brings together days past due, the amount owed, a risk score and an AI summary.
• Contact actions (call, email, SMS, LinkedIn and WhatsApp), plus scheduling and notes, sit beside the profile.
• Tabs cover notes, tasks, calls, messages, payment history, documents and an activity log, with a table of each contact attempt, its result and the next action.
• An overview panel shows amount owing, total cash returned and average cash collected.

Admin structure

• Account management: personal information, messaging channels, security, alerts, organization settings, and subscription and billing.
• User management: accounts, roles and permissions, groups, teams and redirections.
• Integrations with a core banking system and communication channels, plus automations and compliance settings.

Designs delivered and handed to developers.
