Provider app screens

  • A task-request view shows job locations on a map, with a switch to go offline.
  • Each request shows the location, the services, extra information, the date and time, the tip and the total amount, with estimated travel and task time, and a choice to accept or reject.
  • My Bookings separates upcoming and completed work, and has a clear empty state.
  • A filter panel narrows bookings by service type, status, main service, location, date range and amount.
  • Each booking has quick actions to view the task, send a message, call, mark as en route or cancel.
  • A task detail sheet adds chat, the details and services, the cost breakdown and en-route and cancel buttons.

Flows

A flowchart maps how customers and providers move through the product, from sign-up and onboarding through booking, request review and acceptance, payment and the work order.
